Every loaf, roll, and cookie is made fresh right here in Bloomingdale, Georgia - by hand, from scratch, and without preservatives. Our menu changes seasonally, and we bake in small batches to ensure the best flavor and quality.

Preorders for Sourdough (Why we ask for 48-72 hours' notice)
Sourdough takes time - and that's what makes it special. Each loaf or roll begins with a living starter and goes through a slow, natural fermentation process that develops its flavor and texture. Because we bake in small batches and never use commercial yeast or preservatives, we plan our doughs in advance to ensure every product is perfectly proofed and freshly baked for you.
Stop by the Shop (our commercial kitchen is located inside the Butcher's Block)
We bake extra each morning - so if you didn't preorder, stop by and see what's fresh! Availability varies, especially for sourdough cinnamon rolls and bread, which sell out quickly. All items will be located in the hutch or the small silver refirgerator.

Location: Sweet Myrtle Bakery - 102 E US Hwy 80, Suite B, Bloomingdale, Georgia 31302
Entrance is through the Butcher's Block main entrance.
Pickup Hours: Tuesday - Saturday | 10 am - 6 pm or by appointment
Weekend Bakery Window: Friday - Sunday | 8am - 10am
Our weekend mornings feature a limited menu of baked donuts, sourdough cinnamon rolls, and artisan bread.

Nationwide Shipping Available!
We ship most of our fresh, handmade baked goods across the U.S. Because our items are perishable and made without preservatives, a few products may have limited shipping availability. If you’re unsure, just reach out — we’re happy to help!

All recipe cards, labels, and printables are digital products — no physical items will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an instant download link so you can print and enjoy right away!
Payment
We accept online payment at checkout or in-person at pickup (cash, card, and contactless payments). Taxes are automatically included in your total at checkout.
Custom Orders & Cakes
For custom cakes, bulk orders, or special events, please contact us at least one week in advance. We'll confirm your design, flavor, and pickup details within 24-48 hours.

Wholesale & Large Orders
We love baking for offices, schools, and local businesses! For wholesale or bulk orders, please reach out 3-5 days in advance so we can plan your bake schedule and packaging. All products are made from scratch using our naturally leavened sourdough and simple, preservative-free ingredients.

Our Promise
We believe better baking starts with better ingredients. Whenever possible, we source Georgia-Grown, organic, and unbleached products - from locally sourced honey to regional cane syrup and pecan oil. Every choice we make supports small farms and sustainable practices, keeping our ingredients simple, honest, and close to home.
Packaging Promise
We care about what goes into our bakes - and what they go into.
Most of our packaging is eco-friendly, recyclable, or compostable, made from sugarcane pulp or kraft paper.
A few specialty items (like cakes) may come in clear containers for stability, but we always choose the most sustainable option available.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because we bake everything to order, cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may not be eligible for refund. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out - we'll always do our best to make it right.
