At Sweet Myrtle Bakery, we believe the best things in life are made by hand, shared with heart, and crafted with purpose. Based in Bloomingdale, Georgia, our small-batch bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough, handcrafted baked goods, and offerings made with clean, simple ingredients — always without preservatives.

We began with a passion for creating scratch-made treats — honest food made with care and intention. Over time, that love evolved into a deep appreciation for sourdough and the slow, mindful process it represents. Today, our bakery is built on that foundation: simplicity, integrity, and a desire to nourish both body and community.

From our signature sourdough tortillas and chocolate chip cookies to seasonal cakes and pastries, everything we bake is made-to-order and full of flavor, not shortcuts. We proudly source local ingredients when possible — including wildflower honey, first-press olive oil, and non-GMO lard — and we bake exclusively with unbleached, organic flour.
