We ship out our baked goods once a week to preserve their freshness and avoid any weekend holds at the post office.  If your order is received before 11pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, it'll be baked on Sunday and shipped out on Monday or Tuesday (if Monday is a Holiday). Orders placed after the cut-off time on Wednesdays, will be added to the pending list and ship out on the next scheduled shipment date. A tracking number will be issued once your order is shipped, allowing you to check the status of your order.  Note that once we drop off your order at the post office, any questions or concerns regarding your package should be directed to the post office or mailing service since they are now responsible for the shipment.
