Our Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Boule is naturally leavened with our in-house sourdough starter, slow-fermented for rich sourdough flavor, then loaded with sharp cheddar and jalapeños for the perfect balance of melty, savory, and just-the-right heat.
Best for: grilled cheese, breakfast toast, chili nights, soup dipping, charcuterie boards, and game-day snacking.
Ingredients: Unbleached flour, in-house sourdough starter culture, water, sea salt, cheddar cheese, jalapeños.

We bake in small batches using a slow-fermented sourdough process. Production begins after our weekly Sunday 10 PM ordering cutoff to ensure every order is baked fresh.
