Our Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Boule is naturally leavened with our in-house sourdough starter, slow-fermented for rich sourdough flavor, then loaded with sharp cheddar and jalapeños for the perfect balance of melty, savory, and just-the-right heat.

 

Best for: grilled cheese, breakfast toast, chili nights, soup dipping, charcuterie boards, and game-day snacking.

 

Ingredients: Unbleached flour, in-house sourdough starter culture, water, sea salt, cheddar cheese, jalapeños.


Contains: Wheat, Milk (from cheese)


Heat Level: [Mild / Medium] (varies slightly by batch)

 

Storage & Shelf Life: Best within 2–3 days at room temperature. Refresh in a 350°F oven for 8–12 minutes. Freeze up to 3 months (whole or sliced).
