Join us at Sweet Myrtle Bakery for Sourdough 101 – A Hands-On Workshop, a beginner-friendly class designed to take the mystery out of sourdough. In just 1.5 hours, you’ll learn the essentials of creating and caring for a sourdough starter, the foundation of every great loaf.
This interactive workshop is perfect for anyone curious about sourdough — whether you’re baking solo or learning as a couple. You’ll mix and feed your own starter during class, see examples of active starters at different stages, and learn how to keep yours thriving at home.
Every participant will leave with:
A bubbling sourdough starter to continue feeding at home
