How to store your toppers:
Store toppers in an air-tight container, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.  Toppers can be stored up to 2 years when stored properly.  
 
Processing Time:
3-7 days for processing 
 
Shipping Time:
Items are shipped via USPS and take between 2-5 days in addition to the processing time.  Please note that once items are shipped out, we are not responsible for lost packages or issues that may arise while in transit.  Shipping timeline depends on your chosen shipping method. Once the items are shipped, I will provide you with the tracking number from USPS. Estimated delivery date/time is given by USPS and is NOT always a guarantee. Refunds will not be issued if items do not arrive on time. So please consider giving yourself extra days for processing and shipping before your event when ordering.
Please check tracking info and contact your local USPS office to get information about your package or file a claim through USPS to get reimbursed.
